This basement was remodeled with the intention to house guests! We created a cozy bedroom space, cabinet and counter space finished with a sink so that no one has to skip out on their morning coffee. We also made room for a small dining area, a space for seating, and a bathroom. These homeowners decided to use the seating space as a movie viewing area complete with a projector!
